Rescission becomes effective when the building is demolished and the demolition permit has been issued by the Department of Licenses & Inspections, pursuant to the Commission's demolition approval of 10 November 2006. Prior conditions include: (1) historic documentation including measured drawings and photographs accepted by the Athenaeum of Philadelphia; (2) evidence of $700 million budget authorization by PA General Assembly and signed by Governor; (3) letter from Redevelopment Authority confirming fire station is last property to be demolished; (4) salvage report identifying artifacts, removal/storage plans, and relocation destinations.
