..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2002 within the Water Fund from the Department of Revenue to the Department of Revenue. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2002 within the Water Fund. FROM: 3.8 DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE Personal Services $600,000 Total $600,000 Total "FROM" Section $600,000 TO: 3.8 DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE Purchase of Services $600,000 Total $600,000 Total "TO" Section $600,000 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
