Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 010268) approved August 31, 2001 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by August 31, 2003. * * * SECTION 2.
