The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2002 within the Water Fund. FROM: 3.4 WATER DEPARTMENT Personal Services $7,080 Total $7,080 Total "FROM" Section $7,080 TO: 3.11 LAW DEPARTMENT Personal Services $7,080 Total $7,080 Total "TO" Section $7,080 SECTION 2.
