..Title Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting sidewalk sales on portions of Fox Street, Twenty-second Street, Allegheny Avenue and Toronto Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS. * * * CHAPTER 9-200. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ON STREETS. * * * §9-205. Sidewalk Sales. * * * (8) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall: * * * (p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain: * * * ( ) Both sides of Fox Street, between Allegheny Avenue and Twenty-second Street ( ) Both sides of Twenty-second Street, between Indiana Avenue and Allegheny Avenue ( ) Both sides of Allegheny Avenue, between Fox Street and Twenty-first Street ( ) Both sides of Toronto Street, between Fox Street and Twenty-first Street * * * ___________________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added. ..End
