..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 010268) approved August 31, 2001 entitled, "An Ordinance authorizing the vacating of River Road, from a point approximately ten (10) feet southwest of the Philadelphia and Montgomery County Line, northeastwardly to the Philadelphia and Montgomery County Line," as amended. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 010268) approved August 31, 2001 and amended by Bill No. 020350 approved September 6, 2002 is hereby further amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [by August 31, 2003] by August 31, 2005. SECTION 2.
