..Title Amending Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Payroll Deductions," by permitting employees to authorize payroll deductions to purchase long term care and other voluntary insurance benefits through Financial Integrity Resources Management, LLC, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 19 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows: TITLE 19. FINANCES, TAXES AND COLLECTIONS. * * * CHAPTER 19-200. CITY FUNDS-DEPOSITS, INVESTMENTS, REIMBURSEMENTS. * * * (19-203.
