..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2005 within the Grants Revenue Fund from the Director of Finance - Provision for Other Grants to the Department of Public Property. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2005 within the Grants Revenue Fund. FROM: 9.22 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - PROVISION FOR OTHER GRANTS Advances and Other Miscellaneous Payments $624,662 Total $624,662 Total "FROM" Section $624,662 TO: 9.14 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC PROPERTY Purchase of Services $72,462 Contributions, Indemnities and Taxes 552,200 Total $624,662 Total "TO" Section $624,662 Section 2.
