The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2005 within the Aviation Fund. FROM: 10.6 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE Purchase of Services $ 1,635,604 Total $ 1,635,604 Total "FROM" Section $ 1,635,604 TO: 10.7 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - FRINGE BENEFITS Personal Services - Employee Benefits $ 1,635,604 Total $ 1,635,604 Total "TO" Section $ 1,635,604 Section 2.
