..Title Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code by permitting vending on the west side of 10th Street, from Market Street to Ludlow Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to Sidewalk Vendors in Center City is amended to read as follows: §9-204. Sidewalk Vendors in Center City. * * * (8) Vending Locations. (a) The following vendor locations are hereby designated as locations from which vending shall be permitted, provided Council shall not ever designate more than 300 such locations in all of Center City: * * * 10TH CHESTNUT SANSOM EAST 1 10TH SANSOM WALNUT EAST 1 10TH MARKET LUDLOW WEST 1 10TH WALNUT LOCUST WEST 1 * * * SECTION 2.
