..Title To amend the Institutional Development District Master Plan of Holy Family University by allowing for the construction of a new student residence building. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-1107 (c) of The Philadelphia Code, The Institutional Development District Master Plan of Holy Family University is hereby amended by allowing for the construction of a 3 story 18,900 square foot structure to be used as a student residence housing for 48 students and providing a new surface parking lot with 44 spaces as set forth in attached Exhibit "A". SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
