..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2007 within the Housing Trust Fund from certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions to certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2007 within the Housing Trust Fund. FROM: 14.1 TO THE MAYOR - OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Personal Services $ 15,000,000 Total $15,000,000 Total "FROM" Section $15,000,000 TO: 14.1 TO THE MAYOR - OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Purchase of Services $ 15,000,000 Total $ 15,000,000 Total "TO" Section $ 15,000,000 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect July 1, 2006. ..End
