The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2006 within the Water Fund. FROM: 3.7 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - INDEMNITIES Contributions, Indemnities and Taxes $ 1,810,509 Total $ 1,810,509 3.9 DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE - SINKING FUND COMMISSION Debt Service $ 13,436,420 Total $ 13,436,420 Total "FROM" Section $ 15,246,929 TO: 3.4 WATER DEPARTMENT Payments to Other Funds $ 13,436,420 Total $ 13,436,420 3.6 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - FRINGE BENEFITS Personal Services - Employee Benefits $ 1,810,509 Total $ 1,810,509 Total "TO" Section $ 15,246,929 Section 2.
