..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2007 within the Aviation Fund from certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions to certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2007 within the Aviation Fund. FROM: 10.9 DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE - SINKING FUND COMMISSION Debt Service $ 986,000 Total $ 986,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 986,000 TO: 10.7 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - FRINGE BENEFITS Personal Services - Employee Benefits $ 986,000 Total $ 986,000 Total "TO" Section $ 986,000 Section 2.
