..Title Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on 30th Street between Market Street to Walnut Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following two-way regulation is hereby established: 30th Street between Chestnut Street and Walnut Street two-way northbound and southbound. SECTION 2.
