..Title Amending Chapter 15-200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Fairmount Park," by adding 5100 Pennypack Street to the areas under the care and jurisdiction of the Fairmount Park Commission, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 15-200 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 15-200. FAIRMOUNT PARK. § 15-201. Jurisdictional Areas. The following areas shall be under the care and jurisdiction of the Fairmount Park Commission: * * * 5100 Pennypack Street, and other areas which by ordinance have been or will be placed under the care and jurisdiction of that Commission. * * * ..End 2
