..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 within the Aviation Fund from the City Representative and the Director of Commerce to the Director of Finance - Fringe Benefits. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 within the Aviation Fund: FROM: 10.12 CITY REPRESENTATIVE AND THE DIRECTOR OF COMMERCE Purchase of Services $ 2,000,000 Total $ 2,000,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 2,000,000 TO: 10.8 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - FRINGE BENEFITS Personal Services-Employee Benefits $ 2,000,000 Total $ 2,000,000 Total "TO" Section $ 2,000,000 Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
