..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 within the General Fund from the Managing Director, the Police Department and the Director of Finance to the Law Department. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 within the General Fund: FROM: 2.10 MANAGING DIRECTOR Personal Services $ 60,965 Total $ 60,965 2.13 POLICE DEPARTMENT Personal Services $ 157,393 Total $ 157,393 2.39 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE Personal Services $ 55,792 Total $ 55,792 Total "FROM" Section $ 274,150 TO: 2.56 LAW DEPARTMENT Personal Services $ 274,150 Total $ 274,150 Total "TO" Section $ 274,150 Section 2.
