..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2010 from the Grants Revenue Fund, the Director of Finance - Provision for Other Grants to the General Fund, the Department of Revenue and the Grants Revenue Fund, the Department of Revenue. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2010 from the Grants Revenue Fund to the General Fund and the Grants Revenue Fund: FROM: GRANTS REVENUE FUND 9.20 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - PROVISION FOR OTHER GRANTS Advances and Other Miscellaneous Payments $ 12,600,000 Total $ 12,600,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 12,600,000 TO: GENERAL FUND 2.48 DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE Personal Services $ 250,000 Purchase of Services 2,200,000 Materials, Supplies and Equipment 150,000 Total $ 2,600,000 Total "TO" General Fund $ 2,600,000 TO: GRANTS REVENUE FUND 9.35 DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE Purchase of Services $ 10,000,000 Total $ 10,000,000 Total "TO" Grants Revenue Fund $ 10,000,000 Total "TO" Section $ 12,600,000 Section 2.
