The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2012 within the Aviation Fund: FROM: 10.11 DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE - SINKING FUND COMMISSION Debt Service $ 1,000,000 Total $ 1,000,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 1,000,000 TO: 10.9 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - FRINGE BENEFITS Personal Services-Employee Benefits $ 1,000,000 Total $ 1,000,000 Total "TO" Section $ 1,000,000 SECTION 2.
