..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2012 within the General Fund from certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions to the Fire Department. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2012 within the General Fund: FROM: GENERAL FUND 2.6 MANAGING DIRECTOR - DIVISION OF TECHNOLOGY Purchase of Services $1,068,703 Total $1,068,703 Total "FROM" Section $1,068,703 TO: GENERAL FUND 2.16 FIRE DEPARTMENT Personal Services $1,068,703 Total $1,068,703 Total "TO" Section $1,068,703 SECTION 2.
