..Title To adopt a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2014-2019 inclusive. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2014 to 2019, inclusive, totaling ten billion six million six-hundred twenty-five thousand (10,006,625,000) dollars in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit A. ..End
