..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2013 within the General Fund, the Department of Human Services. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2013 within the General Fund. FROM: GENERAL FUND 2.26 THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES Purchase of Services $ 1,989,748 Total $ 1,989,748 Total "FROM" Section $ 1,989,748 TO: GENERAL FUND 2.26 THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES Personal Services $ 1,514,929 Materials, Supplies and Equipment $ 474,819 Total $ 1,989,748 Total "TO" Section $ 1,989,748 SECTION 2.
