..Title Establishing a one-way regulation on East Price Street from Sprague Street to Boyer Street, westbound. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulation, heretofore established on a trial basis, is hereby established: East Price Street, Sprague Street to Boyer Street, westbound SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
