The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2014 within the Community Development Fund. FROM: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUND 11.4 THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT Advances and Other Miscellaneous Payment $ 7,000,000 Total $ 7,000,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 7,000,000 TO: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUND 11.1 THE MAYOR - OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Purchase of Services $ 6,950,000 Materials, Supplies and Equipment 50,000 Total $ 7,000,000 Total "TO" Section $ 7,000,000 SECTION 2.
