The following parking regulation is hereby established: Carpenter street, both sides, 15th street to 16th street. Two-Hour Parking 7:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Monday - Sunday Except RPP#1 SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Rosewood street, west side, Tasker street to Morris street. Two-Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. Monday - Friday Except RPP#26 SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Catharine street, both sides, 23rd street to 24th street. Two-Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. to MIDNIGHT Monday - Sunday Except #1 SECTION 4.
