The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2014 within the Water Fund: FROM: WATER FUND 3.5 WATER DEPARTMENT Purchase of Services $ 17,204,939 Total $ 17,204,939 Total "FROM" Section $ 17,204,939 TO: WATER FUND 3.5 WATER DEPARTMENT Payments to Other Funds $ 17,204,939 Total $ 17,204,939 Total "TO" Section $ 17,204,939 SECTION 2.
