..Title Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of Smick Street and Fountain Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Smick Street, both sides, Fountain Street - Dead End Two-Hour Parking 6:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. Monday - Sunday Except RPP #15 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately after it becomes law. ..End
