..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2016 within the Grants Revenue Fund, from the Director of Finance - Provision for Other Grants to the Managing Director. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2016 within the Grants Revenue Fund. FROM: GRANTS REVENUE FUND 9.17 THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - PROVISION FOR OTHER GRANTS Advances and Other Miscellaneous Payment $ 27,042,737 Total $ 27,042,737 Total "FROM" Grants Revenue Fund $ 27,042,737 Total "FROM" Section $ 27,042,737 TO: GRANTS REVENUE FUND 9.6 THE MANAGING DIRECTOR Purchase of Services $ 9,691,819 Materials, Supplies and Equipment 17,350,918 Total $ 27,042,737 Total "TO" Grants Revenue Fund $ 27,042,737 Total "TO" Section $ 27,042,737 SECTION 2.
