..Title Amending Section 9-212 of The Philadelphia Code by prohibiting newsstands on the north side of Arch Street, between 18th Street and 19th Street; all under certain terms and conditions ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-212 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to Newsstands is amended to read as follows: §9-212. Newsstands. * * * (4) Location of Newsstands. * * * (e) There shall be no newsstand in the following locations: * * * (.10) the north side of Arch Street, between 18th Street and 19th Street * * * SECTION 2.
