..Title Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on certain portions of Ruth Street, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulation is hereby established: Ruth Street, between Hart Lane and E. Somerset Street, northbound. SECTION 2.
