..Title To adopt a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2021-2026 inclusive. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2021 to 2026, inclusive, totaling eleven billion, four hundred and eleven million, five hundred and forty-four thousand dollars ($11,411,544,000) in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit A. ..End
