..Title Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of: Greenwich street and 2nd street; Reed street and S. 4th street; Moyamensing avenue and Wharton street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two-Hour Parking 7:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. Monday - Sunday Except #33 Greenwich street, both sides, S. 2nd street to Moyamensing avenue. SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two-Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. Monday - Sunday Except #33 Reed street, both sides, S. 4th street to S. 5th street. SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two-Hour Parking 7:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. Monday - Sunday Except #33 Moyamensing avenue, east side, Wharton street to Reed street. ..End
