..Title Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," to authorize a bicycle lane on North 13th Street, from Spring Garden Street to Green Street; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows: � 12-701. Designation of Bicycle Lanes. * * * (2) The Department is authorized to designate a bicycle lane upon the following streets and regulate the operation and use of vehicles and bicycles upon such streets in a manner consistent with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) regulations: * * * (*) North 13th Street, west side, from Spring Garden Street to Green Street. * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately. ___________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added. ..End
