..Title Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on Meadow street between Paul street and Frankford avenue, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following two-way regulation is hereby established: Meadow street, between Paul street and Frankford avenue. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon placement of signage consistent with this Ordinance. ..End
