..Title Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Permit Parking Districts," by changing certain boundaries and establishing new permit parking districts, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 12-2700. PERMIT PARKING DISTRICTS * * * �12-2703. Designation of Permit Parking Districts. * * * (2) Permit parking districts enumerated. * * * (c) District 3 - West Philadelphia: The area bounded by the west side of North 48th Street and the north side of Haverford Avenue on the southeast; the west side of North 44th Street and Belmont Avenue on the east; [SEPTA Regional Highspeed Line tracks on the east and on the north;]City Line avenue on the north and west; the Cobbs Creek on the southwest; and the north side of Market street on the south. * * * (pp) District 41 - West Philadelphia: The area bounded by the SEPTA Regional Highspeed Line tracks on the east and northeast; City Line Avenue on the north; the east side of Belmont Avenue and North 44th Street on the west; the south side of Haverford Avenue and east side of North 48th Street on the southwest; and the north side of Market Street on the south. SECTION 2. Effective date. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately. ..End
