The following parking regulation is hereby established. Two Hour Parking 8:00 AM- 6:00 PM Monday - Friday Except RPP# 12 Anchor street, both sides, Horrocks streets to Large street Section 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established. Two Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 6:00PM Monday - Friday Except RPP#12 Kennedy street, north side, Penn street to Saul street. Section 3.
