2800 W CHELTENHAM AVE: Permit the purpose of this project is to replace an existing perimeter fence with a new decorative ornamental fence. The fence is intended to address existing driveway widths and pedestrian access points through the fence. This will include (3) vehicular gates, (6) pedestrian gates, (1) Exterior LED Marquee Sign.
