928 S SAINT BERNARD ST: REMAND from Court of Common Pleast The Board granted two variances: (1) relief from the requirement for off-street parking; (2) permitting a duplex in an RSA-5. An appeal was filed solely with respect to the duplex. The grant of a variance was affirmed by the Court of Common Pleas.
