District name to be changed to 'Germantown Historic District I' rather than 'Penn Knox'. Issues of significance to be revised to: 1) Place more emphasis on 18th century, 2) Be structured to discuss history of Germantown in aforementioned stages, 3) Discuss institutional history of neighborhood including several schools. Committee to plan tour around Germantown in a van to better understand how district fits into larger history and architecture of Germantown.
