..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 within the Community Development Fund from the Mayor - Office of Housing and Community Development to the Law Department. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 within the Community Development Fund: FROM: 11.1 MAYOR - OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Personal Services $ 43,678 Total $ 43,678 Total "FROM" Section $ 43,678 TO: 11.6 LAW DEPARTMENT Personal Services $ 43,678 Total $ 43,678 Total "TO" Section $ 43,678 Section 2.
