..Title Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on West Lippincott Street, between 22nd Street and 23rd Street, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulation is hereby established: West Lippincott Street, between 22nd Street and 23rd Street, westbound. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon placement of signage consistent with this Ordinance. ..End
