yes okay all right uh okay and the reason why i voted in support of the project for
Greenhurst is the lot that is being proposed to be developed by the way just
to add I'm also the president for the RCO that hosted the meeting for
for brokers uh and like i said i live there uh in close proximity uh that lot in question is a
Greenhurst and like I said I live there
lot that has been used a lot for illegal dumping and a matter of fact it's a security concern and
it restricts the use of the the western train station because it's a very far slide right now
and a lot of persons are afraid to to go by there on three occasions human remains were found there
one as late as early in may this year so i know i'm very concerned about i've always wanted to
see that lot develop okay and and uh that still however i do side with my neighbors where uh
concerns over it's not just parking the convenience of having parking if you understand the layout of
or surrounding whistler train station it is dominated by the existence of the whistler
apartment uh i would say for the for you know the the surrounding blocks whistler apartment
takes up around 80 percent of the homes okay so let's so so so let me try to so the one project
you're for and the other one you're you're not for am i correct i'm not for exactly because the one
that i'm not for that is a dead end uh right now it has right now it has has what nine houses on
both sides and parking is only allowed on one side so there's nine parking all right uh where
they're proposing to put another uh how many ten homes uh i understand i listen i'm gonna have to
move on i understand where you are but we got a couple other people still want to testify okay
okay thank you because and just one one final thing too because again like i said about the
layout it's not just the convenience of parking where where where those houses are being placed
the only access to public transportation there's the whisper train station that runs every hour
and every two hours on a weekend the next commercial center is is german town which is
point three miles away so this is not an area that you can function very well without having
your phone okay sir i i'm gonna have to we have to move on next hand please
pamela bracy and then there's a weiss and another hands went up okay
pamela bracy is allowed to speak

Do you swear or affirm to tell the truth, the whole truth, nothing but the truth?
Ms. Bracey, we've had just a lot of testimony about this.
I heard it.
I just like to go on.
Are you for this or against this?
I'm against it.
Solo is against that, and we had our reasons why.
We did not intend to.
I just want to clarify.
there was a misspeaking solo did not did not attend two meetings and we were
not disruptive we asked questions that we felt were pertinent okay pertaining
to these two projects so I just want to go on record I don't want people lying
on me personally and the organization thank you thank you miss Bracey next

we have the letters that came in and everything please tell us are you forward or against this
please tell us, are you for it or against this?
against
Against.
Thank you very much.
We appreciate you coming in and telling us,
and we appreciate the communications we've had from you.
Is there anyone else in the audience?
Sir, I would like the opportunity to have a moment
as the coordinating RCO for this project.
Do me a favor.
You're going to have two minutes,
but please don't say the same things that everybody else said.
Well, I don't think that this has been said at all,
which is most concerning to me, is that in both my correspondence in advance of the RCO meeting
and about, I don't know, six times during our RCO meeting in which the applicant was not even
present, his counsel made it very clear to us that this was a project that had already been deemed
passable by the city, he said, as one entity, and that the city would be proceeding with this
project whether the neighborhood agreed with it or not wanted this project and every single person
in the meeting was there to hear that which is most concerning because why have an rco meeting
at all that's completely undemocratic like it defeats the whole purpose of of engaging the
community in the first place which is super offensive all right all right thank you very
much we do appreciate your time and we're we're we've been doing this for a while now so we
we'll make sure we uh understand what's going on here next person please
there are no more hands chair okay um joe before we go to the planning commission would you want
to respond if you can shortly or we spoke about we spoke about parking and the issues regarding that
how they relate both to the layout of the lots and the specific use of these lots of single
family homes under this program. My client could talk about trash pickup, although I'm sure
it's just normal how trash is picked up for all properties. I'm not sure what we would add to that.
He talked about the slope. There are responsible developers. There's no evidence to the contrary
that they would not consider runoff and stormwater management to the extent that it's necessary for
any of these lots and then finally for for the the meeting there was a representative from the
developer at the meeting um the meeting turned um what i said was hostile and i'm sorry that that
folks had the the wrong impression but they were demanding continuances and we just weren't able
to provide that this meeting was pushed up to to be today and so we fit those meetings in and we
we were there and that's that's our testimony all right thank you um planning
you know saw monica the planning commission should you ashmead or bringhurst first we
whatever however you want to do it okay um this is for 423 27 east ashmead street the comprehensive

we're not going to vote today we're going to vote on the 16th at the 2 p.m and i really want to just
sit with the board and go through everything that was said. So I don't want you to think that you
sat here for no reason, but that's what we're going to do. We'll get together, we'll talk about
it, and try to figure out where we want to stand. So the record's closed then? Oh, but it's closed.
I mean, there's no need for any more testimony. I mean, I think we took enough testimony personally.
You said the vote is the 16th? 16th. 16th of, yep, 16th of September, and we're going to vote at 2 p.m.
