Good morning. This is a continuation of the finance committee held yesterday with regard to Bill No. 030244. At that time we took public hearing. We had everyone speak at our public hearing and I believe we are now ready to enter into the stated meeting. Councilman Nutter, will you give me a motion with regard to Bill No. 030244.
