Within the packet is an amendment prepared by the Law Department which essentially simply adds Mellon Bank to the list of City depositories that were approved on the March 26th hearing. I think all Members should have a copy of the amendment. And so I move for the adoption of the amendment. UNIDENTIFIED COUNCIL MEMBER: Second.
It has been moved and seconded and approved that the amendment to Bill 030023 be approved. Councilman Goode, we will now 3 entertain a motion by you to approve Bill 030023 as amended.

I've distributed a copy of the proposed amendment to Bill 030163, as discussed in my opening remark. It just is a technical change to make very accurate the table that appears in the bill. Was I heard? If not, I'll repeat it. And I move the adoption of the amendment. 4 COUNCILMAN DiCICCO: Second.

Madam Chair, I move the adoption of Bill 030163 as amended and request the suspension of Rules to permit first reading at the next session of City Council.
Bill 030163 will be reported out of Committee as amended with a favorable recommendation, and also recommendation that the Rules be suspended so as to permit first reading at our next session of 5 Council. Thank you very much. So ends our hearing. We thank you all.
