This is the fourth listing.
We have no exhibits.
Chair, I don't see any hands at this time.
So they're right in front here.
Come on up, sir.
Good morning, sir. Could you please state and spell your name for the stenographer?
Omran, O-M-R-A-N, Farhan.
Go ahead.
My lawyer is supposed to be Steve.
Hold on. Do you swear or affirm to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?
All right, sir, we do not have any exhibits for your case? No documents?
No, it's supposed to be the lawyer, Steve Master. He's supposed to have his paper and he'll retire.
And he told me I'm going to send the paper to some different lawyer.
Who's your lawyer?
The old one is Steve Master. Yes, he said I got to send him to a different lawyer,
and I keep calling the lawyer, and he said I'm going to send it for you later,
and he never showed up and he never called me.
This is a master's case.
Yeah, yeah, I think.
So I think what we're going to do is we're going to continue this case,
but the next time it must be heard.
And so you have to have your lawyer and everything straight.
We're going to continue that to 3-17-27.
So March 17th of the next year, we're going to continue that, too.
There's some paper, I guess.
Well, you'll be notified, all right?
And then you'll have to have your lawyer.
So the case, so MI 2021-002-261-7234 Woodland Avenue,
that case is continued to 3-17-27 at 9.30 a.m., and Mark must be heard, okay?
And any questions you have, the staff can help you when you call, okay?
I can get some letter from here for a court to give it to my lawyer?
I don't know that we could give you a letter today, but...
I don't know that we could give you a letter today, but.
Chair, we have a hand up from Craig Melodosian.
Well, somebody in the back will give you a piece of paper, okay?
Yeah, just a piece of paper.
Okay, thank you.
Thank you very much.
All right.

Please proceed, sir.
I understand that you've issued a continuance.
I would like to put on the record that this case started back in 2017 with Mr. Masters.
It was then flipped and redone in 2019. We consider this to be a scofflaw problem property. The last time it appeared before you, and I don't have the date in front of me, you asked the board to refer it to L&I for an enforcement. And we're just asking that this come to an end. This is a blight upon our commercial corridor.
right uh and i just wanted to let the board know that it's a disgrace just like you know we've had
some issues uh with some of steve's former cases we've done the same with all of them we're giving
people one more shot from now and i i think i was real clear this this has to be heard the next time
must be heard okay okay and i did 3 17 27 all right and i i i i appreciate what you do that
that's the entire board but we are upset this parcel sits immediately in front of pascal homes
and it's just unfathomable that this is allowed to operate in front in front of what is labeled
as public housing these people deserve decent housing just like everybody else not a junkyard
and even though it's supposed to be a tire repair shop uh in their backyard but thank you very much
